Thai stocks opened down 0.31% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,584.59 points, down 4.91 points from April 12’s close. The trade value was 1.18 billion baht, with251.49 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 1,005.00 points, down 4.23 points, or 0.42%, with a total trade value of 612.04 million baht. The MAI index went down 1.17 points, or 0.20%, to stand at 593.90 points, with total transaction value of 67.08 million baht.
